Strained my left hamstring. Broke out the biofreeze! Thought I could get away just running a little on treadmill after strength training session, but only got in .5 mi in 8min. Figured if I was going that slow might as well take my boxer for a jog around the neighborhoods. Did just over 1.5 mi in 20min...not too shabby since he'd been on injured reserve 😄. Humidity was lower too so good morning for a run😁. Now need help loosening up this hamstring😫...taking volunteers to massage it out for me😋. Have an awesome day y'all!
