I made thru my first Murph! I did things straight until I did 100 pushups, then I alternated w/ ring rows. And I did half pushups on knees. My arms feel like jello!😆 Just a reminder it was 1 mi run, 300 squats, 200 pushups, 100 pullups (or ring rows), finally another 1 mi run.💪💪💪
