I’ve been wanting to do a vegan story time video for a while. And even though I filmed this a few weeks ago, I hesitated to post it because I’m worried that I’m a little too much “myself.” 

I’ve been called “extreme” and “radical” my whole life. Even by family members. But honestly, that never phased me. It may seem strange because I have a lot of social anxiety and just anxiety in general. But when your empathy and values are strong, no one can make you falter. 

As I said in this video, the purpose is not to try to “make” you go vegan. I didn’t even intend it as an educational piece (although I did get sidetracked on some tangents). The purpose of this video is just to share more of who I am. And this is truly who I am. I have always cared about animals and this earth. It’s not just ours because even though we love to take ownership of everything, this planet belongs to everyone who calls it home. 

All of that being said, only watch this video if you want a glimpse into the fire that has burned in me for so many years. And thank you for allowing this platform to be so much more than spicy videos. I love sharing my true and authentic self with you, and I also love getting to know you!
