I just realized that it’s been a long time since I’ve made a stretching video. And I need to stretch more! Do you ever feel like life is so hard to balance? There’s so much to juggle all the time, and especially when you work for yourself out of your home, it’s just so easy for work to take over everything. 

I have been going to therapy and working on myself for six years. I’m proud of myself for that, because I think a lot of younger people aren’t willing to put in the work. But I’m also realizing that I need to focus on building more healthy habits. I already have a great habit of working out several times a week. But I could add in more like stretching and bedtime hygiene (going to bed at the same time, and getting off screens etc).
