Tonight I’m being vulnerable and giving you a peek into my actual pole practice. This isn’t like my other videos where I’ve polished it up a bit. I filmed this after my class today, and as I’m sure you can tell, I was struggling. We did some hard stuff in class to end the exotic series. 

But, I thought you might like to see the real hard work that goes into this sport. I had to really push myself out of my comfort zone and trust that I could go upside down like that. And I could! One time (not caught on camera) I did miss catching the pole with my leg and I fell. But I’m okay! 

I hope you enjoy watching the process including all my funny faces, and my silly dancing in the midst of practice. Next week I embark on my level 3 journey 😁
