Just a little casual check-in video in the full length mirror. I'm...9 weeks into this training block and loving it. Been pushing myself and it feels great. Only hit a couple little walls here and there with some lifts. But overall I'm focused on progression and make sure I do "more" than last time. That could be more weight or an extra rep, and I focus that on my main movement of each workout. I can rattle on forever.....lol (wow my breathing in this video was loud!! Sorry!)
