People ask me about how to keep motivation and I went on this long explanation last week and realized it’s kinda up to you. If you want to be in the gym then you’ll make it happen. If you want it, like actually want it, then you will do it. Yes a support system, a routine, and knowledge will help adhere to your goal but it’s ultimately up to you if make the effort. IMO it’s worth it 💪💛
