I had a discussion with sit the other day and he told Me how happy and full of energy he feels after each dance session. I love My daily workouts but I often feel sweaty and tired after most sessions. I do 30 min - 1 hour of sports almost daily because I want to stay healthy but I would rather do many other things instead of sports. I would rather read a book or watch a documentary. Or write. Or have sex. Or going to a museum. Or even sleep for a little longer every morning.

I suppose games are more entertaining than the workouts but I don't like/I don't know how to play any. 

If you would get ALL the benefits of sport without moving a finger would you still do sports?
