Today I woke up in a great mood! By the way, I bought a course on meditation and now for the next week I'm waking up at 6 am to give time to myself and my peace of mind 🧘🏻‍♀️ This is not the usual meditation in which you need to sit still for a while, but dynamic, for me it's something new, and I'll tell you that after this morning ritual I feel as good as possible...have you ever practiced meditation?
