Happy Weight Gain Wednesday! St. Patrick's Day Edition! 

Today's suggested food list:
Breakfast: Full Irish breakfast: Sausage, bacon, black and white pudding, eggs, toast, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, and beans. With a cup of tea (with heavy cream and lots of sugar) and a bowl of lucky charms for fun.

Snack: A dozen Chocolate whoopie pies.

Lunch: Steak Pie, garlic cheese fries, Irish nachos and a Guinness.

Snack: St Patrick's Day cookies or cupcakes from your local grocery story (a dozen).

Dinner: "3 in 1" : Foil tub filled to the brim with a layer of rice, a layer of chips (fries) and smothered in rich curry sauce. and as many Guinness' as you can manage!

Snack: Irish coffee and a bag of chocolate coins.
