I haven't said much about it, but I've been undergoing a pretty intense time.
I am back in WA state where I see my holistic doctors and specialists that help me manage my chronic health conditions. I've been having doctor appointments, injection therapies, IVs, and more each day that I'm here.

I actually haven't been back in-person with them for over 15 months (never again will I wait that long 🥺)... so it's been a lot, and at times overwhelming. I don't really want to share much about it all right now, but I do want to say thank you for being here and supporting me, because it enables me to afford 'out-of-pocket pay' treatment and try things to feel better that I otherwise would not have access to. 💓
