I’m going hiking today! 🌲 trying to soak up as much of the PNW summer as possible. Will send nature pics 👀

I’m taking the next two days to practice self care. Today: hike. It’s gonna be an all-day thing because it’s a pretty long drive! Tomorrow: I’ve my (every) 7 week treatment called low dose immunotherapy. It helps me stay on top of treating my health issues, including my mast cell syndrome (basically a hyper reaction to allergens and things my body perceives as “invaders”). Mast cell disorders can by typical in complex multi-systemic illnesses like autoimmune diseases. I usually have a big immune response (which causes a flare in symptoms for 1-2 days. It used to be 4-5 days, so big progress made in the last year or so with my treatments!) 

Not sexy, but real. 😝 I like to give a full look into my life experience, as so much of our existence nowadays is filtered and curated. ♥️ Hope you all have a beautiful day!
