So my workout challenge with the meal plan has now ended. 8 weeks of hard work and the before and after look so similar it doesn't even seem worth posting. 😅 Plus the pictures aren't great. But, I'll keep working out and eating healthy, I just won't restrict my calories quite so much for a while.
