BLOG: Last day of State Fair
I started my day with having breakfast with my bestie. We had Bun Bo Hue (Vietnamese spicy noodle beef soup) very delicious, I actually love Bun Bo Hue more than Pho. It’s perfect time for a hot bowl of hot noodle soup in the morning. I can literally eat noodle soup every day and my country has over 50 different kinds of noodle soups from North to South
People from different regions in Vietnam have their own specialties. People from the North eat totally different than the South, People living near the beach cook more seafoods while people live on the mountain prefer beef and pork, and hang dry their meats for storage. People in the Central of Vietnam like to cook Royal dishes that used to only serve for Kings and Queens
I picked up my friends kids. My bestie, the kids and I had a blast at the fair as always, and we went home, another friend already made Ginger and green onion lobster for us, because we helped her to bring her kid to the fair.
Very blessed and graceful for the friendship I have, and now I have wonderful FANS to share beautiful memories with ♥️
