Have you noticed in scenes where one character is eating something and it's been kept in a consistent condition? In Hollywood, it's called continuity. In porn, we just call it "porn magic" when things or even people just show up. 

I was holding onto a pillow before we cut here. But I was trying to somehow keep the continuity.
