This past thanksgiving I sprained my neck and shoulder blades diving into the lake at night off the 2nd story of a pontoon. Little did I know the water was very shallow, about 3 feet deep. So, when I dove in I hit my head and jam my arms on the bottom. Doctor say I'll be fine, they just told me to take it very easy over the next couple weeks. I'm finally able to move my head from side to side and the stiffness is definitely feeling much much better. Another few days I should be good to go.
