I’m about two weeks post show still showing vascularity in my hamstrings and pretty much everywhere else. I’m
still thinking about jumping into Worlds which is in 15 weeks. I would love to do it it’s just so expensive and I don’t have a sponsor so I pay for everything myself 😭 We’ll see. I might be able to swing it. If not I’ll wait until December to jump into another pro show and save Worlds for next year. 

So I was thinking… I get a lot of fitness and nutrition questions from you guys. Would anybody be interested in me writing them a meal plan and some workouts? I can also offer ongoing coaching. That’s basically what I do irl. Everything is delivered in an app on your phone where you can track your diet, training and progress. With the coaching we do bi weekly video check ins as well.
