The Art of Thrusting

Thrusting is a sexual skill that can increase pleasure, create intimacy & closeness,
and even help with ejaculation control!

There are several Thrusting Skills that you could be trying TONIGHT!
• In & Out vs. Depth Grinding
An In & Out motion will most likely have penis owners coming too quickly; yet understanding
that you can maintain the same depth while grinding is much more pleasurable experience for
her AND you.
• Shallow vs. Deep
The concentration of nerve endings a woman has is within one to two inches of the opening of
her vagina, so in the beginning shallower thrusting can be best for pleasure both for you and her.
On the other hand, if she has orgasmed once or twice then depth can be applied so that you are
“tapping” on her anterior or posterior fornix.
• Slow vs. Fast AND Hard vs. Gentle

to have a slower thrusting speed. This also goes hand in hand with hard vs. gentle. A gentle
thrusting motion in the beginning of love making is much more effective and pleasurable for

• Relaxed Thrusting vs. Clenched Thrusting
I cannot talk enough about this!!! The reason that most men are cumming too quickly is because
they are tense in their bodies. This is the bearing down or a clenched type of thrusting. Bearing
down and squeezing your lower body is NOT going to maintain your erection, all it's doing is
applying more pressure to your sex organs and possibly getting you to climax quicker.
HOWEVER, if an individual learns to be relaxed in their thrusting pattern, they are more likely
to enjoy the experience, last longer and have a greater sense of control over their Sexual

• Continuous Thrusting vs. Breaks in Pattern
Understanding this pattern of thrusting is very important. A lot of men have a believe that
continuous thrusting is ideal for her pleasure. But what's ideal is to know that your erection
comes and goes, which is very normal. So, taking breaks in the pattern of thrusting i.e., switching
positions, kissing, oral, fingering, can help to break up the pattern of thrusting hence helping you
to last longer in bed.
Relax your hips, focus on the out as much as the in, vary
the rhythm and stroke, thrust with your whole body not
