Why is it important to take a break from time to time to reboot your sex life? Is your life the same every day, and you know exactly what’s going to happen? Do you get up, get ready, go to work, come home, and get ready for bed and start again tomorrow? Are you living a passionate, happy, healthy life? While doing the same thing every day, are you at least having sex, orgasms, dressing up, going on spontaneous, exciting dates? Do you need a break from your life, kids, partner, work? Ready to live your true authentic sexual self and join me on the 90 days reboot of your sex life! If you had a break right now, what would you do? Self-care is my favorite kind of break to reboot my sex life. I have been living with anxiety since I was y*oung, and I am always learning new ways to deal with it. After years of therapy, I finally decided to try Lexapro (a drug that treats anxiety and depression.) I have been on Lexapro for about 15 years now, and it saved my life. I still get anxious, and I am working every day to learn ways to cope. It is a daily struggle, but I realize I want to live my true authentic sexual life, and I was born this way. Over-the-counter drugs are not for everyone. In the last 5 years, I have been experiencing marijuana and or weed. I smoke it occasionally, but I prefer edibles. (Interested in a weed blog post?) Yoga is my new favorite workout. Breathing is so important for living in the moment and being present. That is what life is about. Acupuncture, massage, walking, singing, dancing, and masturbating are healthy habits that I add to my life. I am ready to explore and have the most insane body orgasms. The more we connect and get to know our bodies, the more pleasure we will give ourselves and others. Are you ready to share that lifestyle with me? Join my journey, and let’s take a break from our usual lives and really live your greatest version!
