I crave real food, luckily vegetables, fruits, and nuts, but I love cheese, bread, meat, and sometimes dessert. Do you notice a difference between eating clean, real food and processed fake food? Have you ever tried to eat differently? Habits are hard to break but are you ready to be your authentic sexual self? Ready to learn ways to keep us healthy and sex-positive? What kind of foods do you eat, what kind of drugs, is your m*nstruation consistent, is your sleep schedule regular and 6-8 hours? Lately, I have been trying to figure out what works for my body. It is usually a hard time, but you can start anytime. Would you be interested in a tracker on the MOT app where you can add what you put in your gut and your system? Women, how is your m*nstruation? I have been on birth control pills for the last 20 years. Taking the pill became a habit like most things we do in life. I finally got off the pill, and I got a nonhormonal copper IUD. Would you happen to know about birth control options and the IUD? Are you interested in having a baby in the next 3-5 years? If your answer is NO, I highly recommend getting an IUD from your doctor as soon as possible. Conservatives and religious people will and are making it harder to get any birth control, including condoms, pills, IUD, and now abortion. We need to Vote and learn more about sex education and human sexuality in a sex-positive learning experience. I am learning every day and still getting to know my body off birth control and hormones. I knew my m*nstruation cycle while on the pill, and it was easy. On the pill, you knew when, how long and how light the period was.
