Would you go to a class called Pelvic, breath, and spine? What do you think you would learn from that class? What is the pelvic area, and where is it? Today in the class, we practiced different pelvic movements that resembled striptease hip rolls and just moving your body. Try these three steps today and make it a sexy beautiful day because you are worth it! 1. Breathe three long deep heartfelt breaths 2. Stand up straight, shoulders back, chest out, and breathe again 3. Make a triangle shape with your hands and fingers. Place your triangle below your belly button and between the vulva or penis.
