Fitness first. 😘

So you see how I stay up on my toes? Good workout for the whole lower leg. My calves are huge compared to when I started this and my ankles are strong and steady. I crush it in those one leg balance poses at yoga. Mix in some lunges and squats while I have my weights in my hands and I've accomplished a pretty legit leg workout while hitting my core nonstop and my arms, chest and shoulders all with pretty simple motions. And it's fun. Just do it.
