Been a while since I posted a fitness update and I'm loving what's going on with my stomach right now, chest and arms too. I started limiting my protein shakes to only certain days of the week to avoid some of the calories they carry. It's doing what it's supposed to do and I've not even been working out as much as I wanted the past couple weeks. Honestly, it's ridiculously easy to be in good shape.
