Well, I had a crazy day yesterday. 

First, I was getting ready for work when I was asked to pick up some posters from a local printer on my way in. I found someone’s phone on the ground and did a good deed, getting it returned to them. It was a little chaotic but I feel good about being a service sub, so whatever. I worked a shift at the kink store in the cute outfit pictured! Then dawdled in uptown for a while with a chicken sandwich and some peppers before heading to the highway to m33t up with some friends at a movie theater. 

As I was entering the streets surrounding the downtown highway exits, I was blindsided by a sedan exiting off the highway as I went through a green light. My car is a 2001 Toyota Camry. My airbags deployed, the entire hood, bumper, and front end of my car was destroyed, fluids were leaking everywhere, both cars were billowing smoke. The entire contents of my car rearranged. I screamed and didn’t even have time to tap the brake. I anticipate that there was about 60-75 mph of force behind the collision.

According to local traffic law, anyone exiting the highway must yield to residential traffic, so it’s likely the insurance situation will be in my favor. It seems as though both myself and the other driver have avoided harm, and I am grateful for it.  

As a result I am out 1 car (her name was Dreamer), but I am fairly unscathed. I was checked by EMTs, deemed well, and have managed to avoid hospital fees. I had to buy a new pair of glasses and have to replace the lenses in the pretty clear ones you see in some of my pictures. I hope you like the temporary ones I ordered! It’s going to be about $150 for new lenses 😵‍💫 I’ve scheduled a body work session to soothe my sore muscles on Tuesday. 

Anyway! I am wondering what’s in the water lately to have such huge things happening around me. If you’re waiting on a custom, I’m sorry for any delays my injuries may cause me. I have broken glasses and a ripped dress, massively bruised knees, a shoulder full of bruises, whiplash, and some cuts on my face.
