Try to upload a video, but where I am currently there is no signal to upload… so picture will have to do for now. 

I’m having the day off today, didn’t get the best night sleep last night and I have a busy afternoon, helping people struggling with there MH so I think it’s important that I get myself into a good head space so I can help to the best of my ability. 

I will be replying to a couple of messages right now, especially the new fans that haven’t spoken to me before and then I’m going to get back into bed and have a bit of a nap.
