This is my very overdue personal update video. It’s long. I cry. I’m very open and vulnerable here. I’m not sure I can move on at this point without telling my sorry my story. Please don’t watch if you don’t want to see this side of me.

I’m trying to do better. I’ve been getting more sorry sleep and starting exercising again. I’m doing therapy and starting to become more organized. I’m optimistic that I can improve myself over the next few months. I appreciate everyone who’s been patient with me, supported me, and lent a kind ear when I needed it. I do want to better for you because you all do make my life better. Thank you.
