Sleepy head 😴 I slept until 10:30 this morning, and it felt amazinggggg. I'm so happy to be back to my regular self πŸ’— 
Being down for a month really made me appreciate all the energy and excitement for life that I normally have, but it also made me stop and evaluate my overall health & lifestyle.  I think it's important we all do that from time to time. Good health & lifestyle practices are something we have to stay mindful of, because it's easy to fall off a good routine. For me traveling usually messes up my diet, working out and sleep patterns. Overall, I would say my number #1 worst habit is staying up too late, and #2 drinking Coke Zero. I'm trying to go to bed earlier, and so far I've been doing well at that challenge. As far as Coke Zero goes I haven't been able to completely eliminate them, but I'm down to half a can per day. I was drinking 1.5 cans a day. So it's an improvement.
