Just saying hiiii!! 😜 i believe it's my 3rd week back in the gym, and it's that moment where my consistently is starting to pay off. I have not yet started cardio. I'm only lifting and cutting some simple carbs right now.  My first week back was very lite, just going through the motions with light weights, maybe a 45 min workout trying to  get the rust off the gears.  My 2nd week i picked up the pace a little by adding more weight, but still keeping it moderate in terms of time spent in the gym. This week so far I've been lifting much heavier challenging myself, working up a sweat, and l plan to add in 20 mins of cardio.  We'll see what happens πŸ’ͺ😜
