Stretching is an important part of exercise that is often neglected. It helps to relax muscles after intense exercise, improves flexibility and reduces muscle tension. Regular stretching helps prevent injury and reduces the risk of post-workout soreness. And don't forget to practice this simple but effective routine not only before your workout, but also after!
