Workout of the Day: Back/biceps (45 mins total)
Lat pulldown (wide grip) - 3 sets of 10 reps
Lat pulldown (super close grip) - 3 sets of 10 reps
Back extensions - 3 sets of 10 reps + 5 reps (heavy)
Barbell curl (shoulder-width grip) - 3 sets of 10 reps
Alternating dumbbell hammer curl & regular dumbbell curl - 3 sets of 10x10 reps
Stair stepper - 15 mins
30 second breaks between sets.
*I'm not recommending this routine for everyone, but this is a great beginner back/bicep routine
