Today I’m sharing with you guys one of my favorite healthy recipes that I crave nearly everyday: Salmon with a honey garlic glaze! 
I’ve perfected my salmon recipe and can’t wait to share it with you guys. Salmon is a super nutritional source of protein, healthy fats, and vitamin A, K, D and E. Incorporating salmon in your diet has been proven to help lower bloo d pressure, promotes healthy weight loss, improves memory retention and sharpens your brain, and even helps your hair and skin maintain their gloss and elasticity! 

This recipe calls for the following ingredients: 
Salmon
Honey
Garlic
Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper 
Avocado Oil Spray

TIPS when making the recipe~
1. It’s important to broil (not bake) your salmon on high for 12 minutes and voila~ crispy yet flaky! 
2. Pat dry the salmon when taking it out of the packaging 
3. Spritz the salmon with avocado oil spray prior to putting on the glaze
