My dear friends, fans and followers! 

I want to share a big decision that I made for myself. 

I contemplated how to share this part of my life with you. How you may react or if you will still appreciate me…if my body is not completely ‘natural’ as I have kept it over the years.

I love sharing my life with you, the silly parts, the serious parts and the intimate parts.

I am SO happy with my choice, I am recovering and feeling awesome in my own skin. 

I did not want to come back online with this modification and perpetuate an unrealistic body standard. Or have someone look at me and think that this change came from the gym when it did not.

Over the past few years I have been pushing myself to feel the best I can in my own skin and this was a decision I made to continue that journey! 

I am excited to share the healing process with you and to get back in front of the camera to play with the (slightly higher and closer together) girls!
