1. Vertical block pull 4 * 12 (15 kg): behind the head / to the chest / reverse grip * 2
2. Pullover in a crossover with ropes 4 * 15 (15 kg)
3. Thrust to the neck belt (20 kg + 7 kg bar)
      thrust of the lower block 2 * 15 (15, 20 kg)
4. Push-ups from the crossbar 3 * 10
5. Pull with ropes to the chin (on the back) 3*15 (15, 15, 20 kg)
