I told him last time he’s pushing me too hard. He’s having me do HIIT but pushing me 2 fast when my neck isn’t okay. I told him That I want to stabilize my neck and shoulders in workouts since my shoulders are painfully uneven and my neck is bent the other way from lying on my tummy and sitting hunched on my phone, being right handed a lot on phone cuz I have to answer all my message. 15 sets of 15 deadlift squats with 2 25 pound kettlebells that I can never finish so I feel like a failure and so then he gets angry at me that when I tell him it’s too much. Then we do lighter ones but he’s angry at me. I’m only 100 pounds. He’s like 6’6 and like 3000 pounds he doesn’t understand. 

I really want to fix my spine in upper back; neck and shoulders from being on my phone 12-18 hours a day . He’s making me hate working out. I don’t want to hate working out. I want to enjoy working out and want to work out. He got annoyed with me and told me he’ll make me do more reps but he said it as if it punish me. 

I told him to his face that this is the last time I let him give me a work out and now he’s starting to tell me good job for the first time at the 6th workout after he’s made me hate working out.

I need a different kind of person around me and one who can get with the program.
