I've always struggled with making exercise a regular part of my routine, but lately, I've been proud of myself for sticking to it. I've started small, with just a few minutes of yoga or a short walk in the woods each day, and slowly worked my way up to longer and more challenging workouts. 

It hasn't been easy, but I've noticed a big difference in my energy levels and overall mood. Plus, the feeling of accomplishment after a good workout is unbeatable. I'm excited to continue prioritizing my physical health and seeing where this journey takes me.
