Let’s talk props (or “yoga forniture” like my Teacher calls it) !! 🧱

It is a good practice to add props to facilitate a pose where you don’t have strength or mobility yet,  and also to make a pose more challenging if that is easily doable for you. 

Uppward Facing Dog position is a PULLING movement! 😳 did you know??!
For me it’s a big challenge because my back muscles are not strong enough and my shoulders are quite closed forward, so placing the blocks under my shoulders allows me to pull easier my chest open!
