Wait for me to roll back! ๐Ÿ˜…

This yoga pose is called Urdva Mukha Paschimottanasana and it means a deep stretch of the back in a upward facing position. You get into it by first lying on your back and throwing your legs up and behind you bringing your hips up on top of your shoulders (enjoy the lower back stretch here), few breaths here and then inhaling to roll up holding your legs/feet strongly and curving your spine so you push each vertebra down the floor. Itโ€™s a quick momentum movement so itโ€™s important to practice it the slowest way possible.

Abdominal muscle control, breath control, concentration.

Once you are up and found your balance, you should hold it for few breaths but today I played with my flexibility and experimented different movements ๐Ÿ™ƒ

Progress and still space for improvement ๐Ÿ˜‰
