Hey everyone, I hope you are well!  It's been a bit quiet here, but I am aiming to release more content at least biweekly, maybe more! The whole reason I made this account was to boost positivity and motivation, because I know this year has taken a lot out of people, so gonna work more on doing that! And probably promoting youtube stuff that focuses on such things!  I wanna thank everyone for the support so far, and for hanging in there through this crazy year!  I know I have gotten into a bit of a fitness kick cuz...I really let myself go over the past few months and it was effecting my energy levels, so trying to get back into things!
