You: where have you been? 

Me: I hired a personal trainer and have been super committed to diet and working out for the past 2 weeks. It’s been really challenging for me. Not only physically but it’s completely altered my schedule. Because I have been waking up to work out at 6:30 AM Plus I have to cook my meals four times a day Instead of my typical doorDash and drive thru 😂 

You: Why so aggressive all of the sudden?

Me: Despite the fact that I gained over 20 pounds in the last year…. I reallyDon’t like the feeling of being overweight, makes me tired all the time, plus I’m very competitive, I like the challenge. I was going to just get lipo but it’s soooo temporary I really don’t recommend it 🙄, been there done that.
