Finally, you can see my #Mammogram! The mammographer had been doing her job for 18 years, and said she thought I was in the 1% in regards to my size.. just based on her years of experience with a variety of sizes and shapes that she's required to image. In my case, my breasts are so massive, they don't all fit on the plate in one try so they have to take more than 2 mammograms, they do them in pieces, she was clever, she did the left side of my left breast, then the right side of my right breast and then the middle of both together, so she did 3 images, where the previous mammographer had done 4, after doing 2 and realizing they didn't see the whole breast so that was like 6 that year.. not cool. this was from a few years ago.. they're even bigger now. The last mammographer didn't mention any %'s or unusual task of imaging such large breasts - so big the machine isn't made for them.. and they don't fit the plate most everyone else fits on with room to spare.. this is the right one.
