❗️long post incoming❗️ ***let me get really real with you guys for a second...***
 
 it's been a rough couple of months for me with the added workload of trying to build/grow my twitch platform (on top of taking advantage of all the collab/networking opportunities in california, dealing with personal drama, and just general life things).
 
 i feel like most non-creators have no idea how much time and effort actually goes into running all my accounts. they think "oh, i *also* know how to post to IG and film a tiktok...this can't be that hard for them! it's not a *real* job! anyone can do it!"
 
 but twitch *alone* is a huuuge time commitment. i stream 4 days a week for 4 hrs each time and it takes me about an hour to do hair/makeup/setup beforehand. that's ***20 MORE hours a week*** *in addition* to...
 
 - doing my hair and makeup for filming AND THEN filming solo pictures, videos, and customs for onlyfans AND THEN going through all my newly-filmed media, deleting any pics/vids i don't like, re-filming anything if necessary, and editing all my content to be ready to share AND THEN posting to my multiple instagram, tiktok, twitter, etc. accounts while also keeping track of which content i've used where so that platforms don't shadowban me for re-using content
 
 - taking advantage of all the collab/networking opportunities here in california (especially trips to LA & vegas since they both have very high concentrations of creators living there), where constantly traveling makes it difficult for me to get on a regular schedule of streaming, filming, and editing content
 
 - personally answering every DM that comes through my OF inbox and making an honest effort each time to humanize and connect with each person i talk to instead of thinking of them as merely a screen name or a tip amount. (think about how much time YOU as an individual spend chatting with any given OF creator you feel is "real" and you can really connect with. now imagine that from my perspective with LOTS of subscribers.) 
 
 - back-end admin work like making sure my business expenses are documented and organized, answering emails, and taking meetings with my financial advisors
 
 - scrolling through social media to look for current trends and reel/tiktok ideas (it's so easy to lose focus and get sucked in 😭 - think about how much time YOU unwittingly spend on reddit or tiktok or IG sometimes!) 
 
 not to mention things in my everyday life such as: working out regularly, spending time with family and friends, making sure luna gets at least an hour and a half outside every day, personal errands such as grocery shopping / housekeeping chores / medical appointments.
 
 it has been SO HARD for me these past few months to juggle everything and it's been a pattern of me having a burst of productivity and then burning out and going silent for several days 😭
 
 as you all know, it's a HUGE selling point for me that ***i*** run all my accounts. every time you receive a DM, you know it's ALWAYS me. (if you're relatively new here, anyone who's been subscribed to me for a while + talks to me often can attest to this!)
 
 i HATE the idea of working with chatters or an OF management company because a) as an ethicist i think that kind of blatantly false advertising is immoral, b) i don't want anybody else profiting off of the brand that *i alone* worked so hard to build from the ground up, and c) how i represent myself online is very sacred and important to me and i don't want anyone else to be in charge of that.
 
 however, especially with the addition of twitch, as my platforms have grown in popularity it's been harder and harder to keep up with everything and i've been burning out more and more. i simply can't do this all by myself anymore :(
 
 that all being said, with transparency & authenticity being at the root of my approach to business, i'm happy to announce ***i've finally hired my very first assistant***!
 
 if you watch my twitch streams you'll know that my brother is an incredibly talented photographer & digital artist. he'll be the handling the bulk of my content creation & promotion for my public-facing SFW platforms (filming, editing, & posting pictures/reels/etc. for me) as well as handling some of the back-end stuff for my twitch + any work-related errands/to-do's i need like bookkeeping organization :) ***i'll be free to devote more time exclusively to my OF***, which, as my brother, he obviously won't be helping me with 😂
 
 not only does my brother have the relevant experience and talent, but working with him allows me to "keep the money in the family" + he's also someone i can trust completely 🤗 
 
 it will take a week or so of training and working closely with him to get him up to speed on everything, and maybe a couple weeks after for me to get used to my new workload and smooth out any bumps in my transition away from a completely independent creator, but i promise promise promise that the wait will be worth it 🥰
 
 all of this is in service of me prioritizing ME running MY onlyfans better and making sure that i can still give my supporters the PERSONAL time & attention you deserve without me going against my business morals ❤️ 
 
 i know my success depends on your support and i am incredibly thankful for it 😘 onlyfans + providing interaction & content genuine value/quality through this platform has and always will be my biggest priority 💯
