As the end of the year approaches, I have been reflecting. This year has been full of new challenges for me and Silver, but I am so thankful that we both have a growth mindset. We try our best to take our uncomfortable feelings and negative experiences and see them as an opportunity to become stronger, wiser and most importantly kinder versions of ourselves. It doesn't make the feelings and experiences go away.. it just helps you find a way to get through it. If you are going through a hard time, take a breath and remind yourself its just an opportunity to grow.
