It's crazy to me that this is the most I can really get my belly to lay flat these days. I straighten up my posture, suck in, engage my core, even lift my breasts up to make sure there's no pressure weighing me down. And yet there's still the obvious presence of a thick hanging flab of belly fat aproning over my pelvis. My hip bones used to protrude in that very spot! It's crazy thinking this all happened because of a few (million) calories!
