In all honesty traveling all the time it’s difficult to stay on top of my health goals but here are some of my top tips while on vacation for a long time...

•try to limit meat/heavy carb meals
•cook your own meals 3-5x a week 
•consume minimal alcohol (I know tough 😩)
•drink lots of water! #hydratemf
•get some vitamin D but don’t forget that sunscreen!
