What do you prefer pic #1 or #2? 😊

You know I was actually stuck in Sri Lanka when the lockdown happened in March.... I nearly wasn’t able to make it off this beautiful island because they were closing the airport down. I was traveling alone & so worried I would be stuck here by myself. 

Luckily I was able to rebook my flight to an earlier date against no charge and fly out without any delays or cancellations back to Austria. 

The problems didn’t stop there because Austria already had closed its borders to all tourists and since my student visa expired I was trying to enter on a tourist visa. 

Everyone I knew including my BF, parents, friends & family all told me they wouldn’t let me into Austria. But being the ‘never take no for an answer’ type of girl I went anyways determined to get in.... can you guess how the story ended?! 😱

And that’s my story on traveling during a worldwide pandemic!!! Anyone else get stuck somewhere when it all went down???
