After a long day at work, it's important to give your body a chance to relax and recover. Start with gentle stretching - especially for the neck, shoulders and back, as these areas are most often under tension.

You can try breathing exercises: deep inhalations through the nose, slow exhalations through the mouth to "exhale" all the stress of the day. If you want more relaxation, a warm bath with salt or a hot shower can help relax your muscles and relieve fatigue. And another thing: a couple minutes of massage (you can even do it yourself!) will add strength and bring back vigor. ✨
