#nofilter I had to visit my Mom's condo to check it out and get a truck load of stuff. I went out across the street to catch the sunset. It was gorgeous. Mom said this was her "paradise". The weather is perfect. I wish she was able to come back here. She had a list of things to do once she got well. It makes me sad that she couldn't come back, and happy to spend time in her happiest place. In the end when they asked about her happy place, to help with anxiety, she said she wanted to be with family. Venice is 9 hours from where we live in Georgia. Hard to believe she'd choose us over this.
