Thank you so much for the birthday wishes! 💖💖💖🤗 I'm so sorry that I was unable to be around for the past few weeks!!! A few of you know that I've been dealing with some really strange headaches, dizziness and excruciating jaw pain, after testing and misdiagnosing a potential abscess and and ear infection , I finally have an answer that makes sense... Doctor said that I have TMJ. 
 It's a kind of muscle disorder that can cause all of those symptoms and can arise from all sorts of different reasons, Long story short I've been talking like I'm British for the past few weeks lol! I can barely open my mouth wide enough to eat and talking is very uncomfortable. I'm going to need physical therapy and or surgery.... I'm really hoping not to need the latter.
 So that's why I've been MIA in addition to my caregiver duties.
