On Monday I'm starting a two-week "cleanse" with a yoga instructor I follow. It's all plant-based. No processed foods, no meat, no dairy. The middle seven days are a liquid diet. I've never done anything like this before, and I'm kind of nervous.

But I've wanted to try something like this for a while now. And they say spring is a good time to do it. Wish me luck! (And, I don't know, maybe you'll see a change in my body . . . . I don't want to change too much, but healthier is always good!)
