So my cold got worse yesterday.  By evening I had a lovely migraine, ear pressure and vertigo to add to my other sinus cold symptoms.  No fun.  Hopefully when this posts I'll still be sound asleep and will wake up to feeling much better.  Fingers crossed.  (been doing that a lot lately!)
